ALL orders within the US over $50.00 will receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING!
Orders will be processed and shipped between 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing an order. Orders will be shipped through USPS and delivered Monday-Saturday. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout to avoid any shipping delay. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us at 912.284.1600 as soon as possible so we can correct your address before your package ships.
If you choose the "Pick Up In store" option, you will receive a "shipping" confirmation email once your order is available for pick up.
RETURNS
Merchandise MUST be received within 30 days from the original order date

We hope you love each item you receive. However, if you have an item you request to return, please follow our simple return policy as listed below to ensure an easy and smooth process.
Returns must be received within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.
All returns will be given an online store credit/gift card.
Return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping cost is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Clothing colors and patterns may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions, etc. These conditions do not qualify as defects.
Each item returned must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received with make-up stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. If there is any damage to the shoe box it will be returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge.
Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, gift cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, leggings, socks, etc. and Final Sale/Clearance items are final and may not be returned or exchanged. ALL sale items are final.
Once we receive your return, please allow our returns department five (5) - ten (10) business days for processing.
EXCHANGES
We cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be in stock when we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size/color and send back the incorrect size/color for a full refund.
